I am
I am a Ph.D. student at the University of Salerno at Software Engineering (SeSa) Lab.
My research explores the intersection of human factors and software engineering, with a particular focus on Risk Management in the Emergence of Community Smells and Socio-Technical Challenges in ML-Enabled Systems. I am passionate about investigating the human and organizational dimensions that influence software development processes, aiming to bridge the gap between technical and social considerations in modern software systems. My work seeks to uncover how socio-technical dynamics impact the quality, sustainability, and evolution of software systems, particularly in collaborative and machine learning-driven environments.

I have a deep passion for photography, especially capturing the beauty of landscapes. Exploring new places and immortalizing their essence through my lens is one of my greatest joys.
Traveling is my gateway to discovering new cultures, cuisines, and experiences. Whether it’s a bustling city or a serene countryside, I find joy in embracing the diversity the world has to offer.
A Gin Tonic with friends is one of life’s simple pleasures that I can never turn down. It’s the perfect combination of good company and great taste.
Music is the heartbeat of my mornings. My playlist, a vibrant mix of diverse genres, sets the tone for the day ahead and keeps me inspired.
Gaming is more than just a pastime for me—it’s my favorite way to unwind and relieve stress. Immersing myself in virtual worlds provides a perfect balance to my day-to-day activities.
As a dedicated fan of Manga and Anime, I enjoy immersing myself in their rich storytelling and artistry. Some of my all-time favorites include Naruto and One Piece.
